Post on SeeClickFix 311 CRM from the Website
- Navigate to the reporting page
- Drag the red pin to the location of the problem or type in the address
- Click Confirm Location
- Select a category and/or input a title for your report and a description (description is optional but encouraged)
- Add an appropriate image, if available
- Enter Details about the request and click Confirm Details
- Choose how you would like to submit the request
- Submit as yourself: Your username will be visible publicly and your email will be shared with the receiving organization.
- Hide your identity: Your username and email will be hidden from the public and from the receiving organization.
- Submit as guest: No account required. This request will be sent to the receiving organization but you will not receive updates.
- Click Next
- Click the Submit Request button

Important Notes
- If you live in a partner city, you will see a list of categories to choose from
- Remember, you can only attach one photo to a report unless you're reporting via a mobile app at this time
- To attach additional images, you can post each image as a comment
