We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. These changes mark the first step toward creating a cohesive and seamless user experience across all solutions in our portfolio. As part of this transition, users may notice minor design updates. While the functionality you rely on remains unchanged, we are in the process of updating screenshots and other resources on our Help Centers to reflect the new branding. Navigating the Place Tab on Android

The Place tab is the first screen you see when opening the SeeClickFix app. The Place tab on iOS allows citizens to search for a city, see all organizations in that area where you can report an issue, and view Place pages with additional links and information.

 

Search for a Place

Upon opening SeeClickFix, you will be presented with the Place tab. To search for a place, tap the Magnifying Glass icon in the top left-hand corner. Type your place into the search field and tap the Search icon on your device’s keyboard.  

Select an Organization

If your area has more than one organization that is a Partner of SeeClickFix, you will be presented with the option to select one of those organizations.

 

Navigating within the Place Page

After selecting an Organization from the list or being brought to the Organization from the search, you will see buttons that sometimes link to other services, social accounts, and the organization’s website within that organization’s place page.

 

Searching for a Different Place

After having selected a Place, this place will appear on your app until adjusted in the future. If you wish to search for a different place, tap the Magnifying Glass icon in the top left-hand corner. Then, search for a new place.

If you wish to have the app select your place based on your current location, select the Target icon in the top right-hand corner.

 

Changing Organizations within a Place

In the case of Burlington, Vermont, there are two organizations that citizens would need to interact with: Burlington, VT and Burlington Electric. Tap the Boxes in the top right-hand corner to see all organizations that serve the area and to navigate to a different organization.
