We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Navigating the Place Tab on iPhone

The Place tab on iOS allows citizens to search for a city, see all organizations in the area, and view the services provided by those organizations. If you use an Android, your can get more information here.

 

Search for a Place

Upon opening SeeClickFix, you will be presented with the Place tab. Tapping on Get to know your community will allow you to search for a place.

 

Select an Organization

In some cases, your area will have multiple organizations that are partners of SeeClickFix and will address reported issues in their service areas. As an example, in the case of Burlington, Vermont, the City of Burlington and Burlington Electric are shown together.

Tap to select the organization you wish to view.

After selecting an organization, the Place page will show buttons created by the organization to give you more information. These buttons provide links to other services, social media accounts, and the organization’s website.

 

Searching for a Different Place

After having selected a Place, this place will appear on your app until adjusted in the future. If you wish to search for a different place, tap the Pin icon in the top left-hand corner. Then, search for a new place.

 

Changing Organizations within a Place

In the case of Burlington, Vermont, there are two organizations that citizens would need to interact with the City of Burlington and Burlington Electric. Tap the Four Boxes in the top right-hand corner to see all organizations that serve the area and to navigate to a different organization.
