How do I change my display name?

Overview

You can change your display name at any time using the web platform. You can change your display name to a generic name like "Concerned Neighbor" if you wish to not use your real name.

  

Important Note

  • At this time, it's not possible to change your display name using the SeeClickFix mobile app.

 

Instructions

  1. Log in to your SeeClickFix Account
    SeeClickFix Log In screen
  2. Click on the Profile Icon in the top right-hand corner and then click Preferences

  3. Adjust the Display Name field

  4. Click Save Changes to save your changes

    • Note: After a change to your Display Name has been made, you will see this reflected on all previous and future Requests and Comments you create.
