This article will discuss how to create a SeeClickFix account.

Instructions

1. Navigate to https://seeclickfix.com
2. Click on the Resident Sign Up button
   
3. Create a CivicPlus Account
   
   
   • Note: You will receive an email notification to verify your account.
4. Verify the email
   
5. Fill out the form
   
   
   • Note: Your display name is public. You may opt to create a display name that is non-personally identifying such as ‘Concerned Citizen’, ‘HelpfulNeighbor’, etc. Your email address will not be made public. You can opt-in or out of receiving notifications regarding issues you report or comments you make
6. Click Register 
   
7. Input the intersection closest to your location
   
8. Click Set Your Location
